Enstrom Candies asked us to increase online orders, mail orders, and foot traffic with a new campaign that reflected the heartfelt, family business. To accomplish this, with passion and purpose, we created Forever the Moment. The campaign was an invitation to immortalize moments, often occurring during the hectic, fourth-quarter, holiday season, by sharing toffee with loved ones. In film, we told the story of a jolly janitor who is touched by an unexpected gift of Enstrom Candies. We blended offline and online media to ensure multiple touchpoints for elite gifters. In social, we guided six influencers to create content inspired by Enstrom Candies. Authentically and cost-effectively, we reinvigorated Enstrom Candies’ connection with past customers and introduced the brand to new audiences.
