We are seeking an Art Director who is a dynamic visionary of what’s possible to help make ideas come to life. They will be responsible from inception to completion. They will collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, designers and directors.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- An ideas-first mindset, backed by strong design instincts and the ability to execute beautifully
- A deep understanding of conceptual thinking and campaign development, with the ability to build a compelling look and feel across channels
- Excellent design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Confidence using AI as part of the creative process, with relevant examples in your portfolio
- A working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social platforms
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
- The ability to take feedback in stride and turn it into stronger creative work
- A positive, curious attitude with a genuine hunger for making great advertising

Schedule and Location:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Remote work available on Fridays.
This role is based out of our Denver, CO office.
The salary range for this position is $55,000- $65,000 depending on experience.
