The role, in brief:
As an Digital Media Intern at Vladimir Jones, you’ll be embedded within our Integrated Media & Data team, supporting the ongoing optimization and performance analysis of digital advertising campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real client accounts, with a strong focus on paid search. This is an ideal opportunity for a student looking to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced agency setting and build a foundation for a career in digital media.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing live digital campaigns, with a primary focus on paid search (Google Ads).
- Pull performance data from media platforms and assist with reporting and insights development.
- Collaborate with media planners and buyers to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with A/B testing of creative, landing pages, or bid strategies.
- Support QA processes across campaign trafficking and tagging efforts.
- Participate in internal team meetings, brainstorms, and optimization check-ins.
Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in media planning or media buying.
- Demonstrated interest and some hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms—especially paid search.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Google Analytics; certifications in either are highly recommended.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-starter with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Basic understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or programmatic platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Schedule and Location:
Duration: 8-10 weeks
Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm in the office.
This role can be based out of our Denver, CO or Colorado Springs, CO office.
